We are convinced of the quality and functionalty of the parts we offer. Therefore, with a few exceptions, we always provide you with a warranty on the parts purchased from us. The exact warranty period depends on the condition of the article. In the case of a warranty claim, you will receive a replacement delivery or, if this is not possible, the full purchase price excluding any shipping costs.
New parts
If you purchase new parts from us, you will receive 12 months warranty from us. In the case of a warranty claim, you will receive a replacement delivery or, if this should not be possible, the full purchase price minus shipping costs will be refunded.
Like new parts
For like new, overhauled or refurbished parts, you will receive up to 6 months warranty from us. The exact warranty period can be found on the respective product page. If no warranty period is specified, 1 month warranty applies. In the case of a warranty claim, you will receive a replacement delivery or, if this is not possible, the full purchase price minus shipping costs will be refunded. Longer warranty periods are available upon request.
Used parts
When buying used parts, we grant you up to 90 days warranty, but in principle always at least 30 days. The exact warranty period can be found on the respective ürpdict page. If no warranty period is specified, 30 days warranty applies. In the case of a warranty claim, you will receive a replacement delivery or, if this is not possible, the full purchase price minus shipping costs will be refunded. Longer warranty periods are available upon request.
Outlet parts
For outlet parts, we provide a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the part should show a defect within the first 14 days after receipt of the delivery, you will receive an exchange delivery or, if this should not be possible, the full purchase price minus the shipping costs will be refunded.
Warranty process
If a part is defective during the warranty period, please be sure to contact our customer service team first. Once we have confirmed your return, you can send the defective part back to us for inspection.
In the event of a warranty claim, we will attempt to repair or replace the part as quickly as possible. If a repair or a replacement is not possible, we will refund the full purchase price minus shipping costs.
The shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer for both ways.
Wear parts and consumables such as batteries are excluded from the warranty..
The warranty of the part is voided by improper assembly or use, modification, self-repair, or removal of a warranty seal affixed by us, such as stickers or safety paint on screws.
The warranty period is not extended by replacement or repair.
