In the event of a warranty claim, we are always there to help you. Thanks to our long warranty periods of up to 12 months, you are perfectly protected in the event of a problem with a part and can rely on our quick support. In the event of a warranty claim, you are entitled to a repair or a replacement delivery. If both are not possible within 14 days after receiving the defective part in our electronics workshop, we will be happy to refund you the full purchase price minus shipping costs.
New parts
We grant a 12 month long warranty on all new parts.
Refurbished parts
Like new, overhauled or refurbished parts come with up to 12 months of warranty. The exact warranty period can be found on the respective product page. If no warranty period is specified, a warranty period of 6 months applies.
Used parts
When buying used parts from us, we offer up to 12 months of warranty. The exact warranty period can be found on the respective product page. If no warranty period is specified, a warranty period of 3 months applies.
Warranty process
If you have a problem with a part, then please contact us. Our team will be more than happy to help you initiate the warranty process and quickly find a solution to the problem.
In the event of a warranty claim, we will attempt to repair or replace the part as quickly as possible. If a repair or a replacement is not possible, we will refund the full purchase price minus shipping costs.
The shipping costs for the outward and return shipment are the buyers responsibility.
Wear parts and consumables such as batteries are excluded from the warranty.
The warranty of the part is voided by improper assembly or use, modification, attempted self-repair, or removal of a warranty seal.
The warranty period is not extended by replacement or repair.
If you make a warranty claim shortly before the end of the warranty period, the claimed part must be delivered to us no later than 14 days after the end of the warranty period.
