Would you like to return an order? This is possible within 14 days from the day you received your order from us. Your return must arrive at our warehouse within these 14 days.
To ensure you a fast and trouble-free return process, please contact us if you wish to make a return. Please do not return an order or a product without contacting us first.
Returning a product is not always free of charge nor always possible. Please therefore note the information below.

The return is received by us after the return deadline |

As the buyer, you are responsible for the costs and risks of the return shipment. Therefore, please pack the product safely and carefully and use enough cushioning material. We strongly recommend that you choose an insured shipping method. If the return shipment is made from abroad, we can’t pay for any import fees or taxes.
We will do our best to process your return as quickly as possible. Normally it will take just a few days after we have received the returned product. However, as we check all electronic components, in some cases it may unfortunately take up to 14 days to process your return.
If everything is allright with the returned product, the refund will be made via the payment method you originally chose and you will receive a cancellation invoice by email.
