Bulky goods
Particularly heavy and bulky items are shipped palletized as freight. Items shipped as freight are clearly indicated so on the product page. Freight delivery usually takes longer than delivery by parcel service.
Transport insurance
We will insure your order against loss or damage with the shipping carrier. No insurance is provided by us if you decide to pickup your order yourself or instruct your own carrier with the pickup. All risk of loss or damage shall pass to the buyer after pickup from our warehouse.
Packaging
Your order will be packed with uttermost care and only with high quality packaging materials to prevent any damage during shipping. Electronic parts will be packed with special electrostatic discharge materials.
Worldwide delivery
If your shipping country is outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland, Canada or the USA) we will declare your order at the German customs office for export. Usually this happens without any delay, however, in some cases this process may take up to three working days. Your order will be shipped as soon as we received offical export clearance from the customs office. Please keep in mind that you as the buyer are solely responsible for any import duties and taxes in your country. For orders with a total over 1.000 € including shipping costs, a formal customs declaration is required. The customs declaration costs 45 € and is automatically added to the shopping cart.
